To deal with this problem I have discovered two methods which you can try out .

METHOD 1: USE OF VPN

7. After doing that switch your phone to 3G or auto network back
8. Now start browsing and see if a change is experienced

METHOD 2
This method can only be applied on a rooted android device and you have to reboot where required.
Before applying this method there are some required pre requisites.
1. You need to download 3g speed optimizer here
2. Download script manager here
3. Download turbo changer script

After successfully downloading these files
Open the 3G/4G optimizer
Choose speed as 12/28/7 that is set it to max
Select down speed increase
Apply the changes made
Restart your device

Open the script manager you downloaded
Navigate and locate the turbo changer script you downloaded
Give the app root access
Run the script
Scroll up and set the settings to fastest to get max data speed
Restart your device
Switch back to 3G network
